If the customer is a business in accordance with the KSchG, the customer has no right of revocation or return.

 

RIGHT OF RETURN

 

In accordance with the KSchG consumers can revoke their contract within two weeks without any explanation in written form (i.e. by letter, fax or email) or by returning the goods. This period begins at the earliest with the receipt of the goods and with receipt of a written notice of cancellation. In the case of an effective revocation/cancellation, mutually received benefits should be returned, and if so, all derived profits should be returned. If you are not able to return the goods accepted in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you shall have to provide compensation for the extent for the value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the article occurred before receipt. Moreover, the obligation to reimburse the seller for the value of the product can also be avoided by refraining from treating the relevant goods like his/her own property, and from refraining from any action that could be damaging to the overall value of the product. Any merchandise eligible for shipping will be returned at our expense and risk. You, however, would have to bear the costs of return if the delivered goods conform to your order and if the price of the returning goods does not exceed 40€. You must also pay for goods exceeding 40€, if have not yet made full payment or completed a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of revocation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Goods which are not suitable for dispatch by parcel shall be collected directly from you, the customer. Obligation for the refunding of payments must be met within 30 days. For you, this period begins with your notice of revocation of with the return of goods, and for us upon receipt of the same.
