1. General

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. We firmly object herewith to any divergent regulations of the contracting partner. All additional agreements will require our written confirmation.

 

2. Date of Contract:

By clicking on the button “Send order,” the order of goods placed in your shopping basket then becomes binding. Our confirmation for the receipt of your order follows immediately after you have submitted your order. The contract of sale is either the result of our delivery confirmation or the delivery of goods.

4. Right of Withdrawal

There are several types of contract to which the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular for contracts about the supply of goods which have been produced according to customer specification or with goods that are obviously tailored to meet personal customer requirements or for goods which are not appropriate for return due to their nature. It is also not possible to return audio or video recordings or software, when the package has been opened or the seal has been broken. The legal guarantee/warranty for these goods shall remain unaffected.

 

5. Guarantee:

The guarantee is granted in accordance with statutory regulations whereby in the case of defect goods we will first deliver or repair accessories of your choice as a replacement. Should the improvement be deficient or the redelivered goods also be faulty you may return them and receive a full refund of the purchase price or keep the goods and reduce the purchase price. Please refer to the relevant product documentation for information on possible manufacturer warranties.

 

6. Delivery and Payment

The delivery conditions and terms of "Tyromed, Friederike Luksch" are explained in more detail on the order form and can also be viewed on the Delivery and Payment Terms page.

There is no minimum order value.

Special dispatch forms requested by our customers will be charged at the local surcharge rate. Expected delivery times are mentioned in the product description. If no information is given, then the goods will be delivered within 30 days of receipt of the order. On request, an agreement on longer delivery times is also possible. Appropriate partial deliveries are permitted within reason. Additional costs for shipping will be charged only with your explicit agreement.

 

7. Delivery Times

Goods which are in stock are delivered to the shipping department within 7 working days. Should the desired goods not be available, you will be notified by email.

 

8. Reservation of Ownership

The ordered goods remain the property of "Tyromed, Friederike Luksch" until payment has been made in full.

 

9. Court of Jurisdiction

If the customer is a business entity, place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties is the main office of "Tyromed, Friederike Luksch." Austrian law applies exclusively.
